Recommended Use

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take two tabsules with a meal or as directed by a health professional. Best taken with meals. Alternative daily dose as follows:

• Low stress, health: 1-2 tabsules/day
• Moderate stress, unwell: 3-4 tabsules/day
• High stress, training: 5-6 tabsules/day
