*** NOTE FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: The Canadian Health Department does not allow more than a three (3) months supply of an individual supplement to be ship at one time. Multiple supplements may be shipped together as long as none of the individual supplements exceeds a three months supply. If orders exceed this three-month limit, the Canadian Health Department will refuse the shipment and the items will be returned to Sanoviv.
Therefore, on any orders exceeding this three-month limit, Sanoviv will only ship three (3) months worth of an individual supplement at one time and we will refund the balance of the order to your Credit Card.
*** NOTE FOR MEXICAN CUSTOMERS: NONE OF THE SUPPLEMENTS LISTED CAN BE SHIPPED INTO MEXICO.
*** RETURN POLICY: You may return items purchased from the Health Stuff Store within one week after receiving your shipment. We require notification or your intentions by Email at: sanovivorders@pacbell.net or by phone at: 619-477-7099.
Sanoviv must charge a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price of the items returned, less the shipping charges originally paid by you. Sanoviv will only refund shipping charges in the event the charge is a direct result of our error. Sanoviv is not responsible for items lost by a carrier for returns. Sanoviv will issue a refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned items at our offices in National City, California. All credits will be in the same form of payment used for purchase and we will notify you via E-mail or telephone of your refund and amount.
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and complete with accessories if applicable. For health reasons, you may not return "Supplements", "Personal Care" and "Spa at Home" items even if they are unused. Books must be in original (new) and saleable condition (no broken spines, tears, etc.). Music, Video and Audio items must be returned unopened and in their original condition.
